Technically the (rather nice looking) Palisade’s earliest ancestor. For the person who wants a Pajero montero shogun but will only ever buy a car from a Korean company.
Hyundai replaced it in 2001 with the rather nice looking Terracan, which was also based on the Pajeromonteroshogun, this time with slightly more styling differences. It was indirectly replaced in 2007 by the unibody crossover Veracruz, which was replaced by the full-size Santa Fe, then the Santa Fe XL, and now the Palisade.
HFV has no HFV. But somehow has 2 motorcycles

I suppose the company that made the Pony also making a Galloper makes sense.
I see a copycar Landcruiser with a weird hood scoop .

Pair it with a KIA Elan for the ultimate Obscure-kinda-Korean two car garage.

For anyone that doesn’t know . I had to look this up myself.
It’s a pretty wacky story, but it would be nice to see the Lotus name a bit more by helping with designs for other manufacturers. Modern cars could use a bit of the “ simplify and add lightness” philosophy.

Lotus do a lot of contract engineering for other manufacturers, some we hear about, some we don’t.
